Fast and easy sugar-free pudding that your kids will love


  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 rounded tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp of shredded coconut


  • Cut up banana into a single serving bowl and add butter
  • Microwave for 1 minute, or until butter and banana are soft
  • Stir in cocoa powder until fully blended
  • Sprinkle coconut on top
