Tastes good with veggies, stuffed into smoked salmon and rolled up, then sliced thin.
- canned chopped clams or baby clams, minus ALL the juice
- squirt of lemon
- chopped green onions
- some garlic and horseradish
- a dash of salt and pepper
- Put all into a food processor, whirl it around and place in bowl. Be
- sure to keep it cold though. I like to place a small bowl of clam dip
- into a larger bowl filled with ice.
