Dairy-free caramel dip for fruit

  • 1 c. coconut milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 1/2 t. vanilla extract (optional)


  • Whisk together coconut milk, sugar, and cinnamon over medium heat. Add vanilla after taking off heat. Cool in fridge to thicken.
