Paleo Breaded Chicken Breasts

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds or other nut
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Mix together shredded coconut and chopped nuts. Optional: Add salt pepper or other spice to this dry mix.
Dip chicken breasts Coconut milk then coat in almond/coconut dry mix.
Bake in 400 oven until chicken juices run clear (25 minutes approx)
